Initial discovery meetings to introduce both sides and determine if there is a mutual fit. We would like to learn more about your business and project to identify how we are able to engage and plan next steps.
To provide an accurate proposal for your project, we conduct one or more sessions to gather information. These sessions include general business process questions or technical conversations depending on the projects scope.
After we gather enough information, our team will deliver a Statement of Work (SOW) that details the scope, timeline, and cost for your project. We arrange a call to review this document together, making sure we captured everything correctly, and answering any questions you might have.
Once our SOW is fully executed, our sales team begins the process of handing your project off to delivery. Your consulting team is assigned and internal meetings are held to bring them up to speed on your project. Your sales contact will be working to coordinate the initial kickoff call to officially start the project.
A call led by CopperHill's VP of Delivery to introduce you to your assigned consulting team and to coordinate project logistics.
Your project manager will send you a detailed questionnaire to be completed in preparation for your Solution Design Workshops.
Detailed discovery working sessions specific to business processes, departments, and teams involved to identify requirements and priorities.
Your project team works together to create the SSR and present it to you along with a detailed project timeline for your review and approval. This will be used as our project "roadmap".
Your project team will build, develop, and configure requirements identified in the SDW sessions and outlined in the SSR. We take an iterative approach to increase user adoption and ensure project success.
Upon completing an iteration, our team will provide you with a live review of your solution. We gather feedback and note any requested changes. We repeat this for every iteration of our project.
Your project team completes any requested or necessary updates to your solution that came out of the Solution Walkthrough.
Your project team will provide you with data templates if you are moving existing data into your new solution. You will be responsible for extracting, cleansing, and sharing the data.
CopperHill will provide guidance and support as you and your team perform end-to-end UAT on your solution. We will request the final system sign-off after UAT completion.
Your team will prepare materials and provide interactive training sessions. This includes demos and walkthroughs of your fully built solution and Q&A sessions.
At the completion of our engagement, CopperHill will send a brief Project Survey, which gives you the chance to provide feedback on the delivery of your solution and experience. A Post-Project Review call will be scheduled with you and your team.
