Overview

Our Client, a premier leader in healthcare recruitment (RG), specializes in bridging the gap between elite medical talent and critical contract roles. Recognizing early on that the future of talent acquisition lies at the intersection of human expertise and machine intelligence, RG’s leadership demonstrated remarkable foresight in prioritizing an AI-driven digital transformation.

To maintain their competitive edge, RG partnered with CopperHill to architect a sophisticated ecosystem within the Salesforce platform. Driven by a clear understanding of the transformative power of AI, RG is pioneering the use of Agentforce functionality. By moving beyond traditional automation and embracing autonomous AI agents, they are not only optimizing internal placement analysis but also setting a new industry standard for seamless, responsive applicant communication.

Challenges

The RG was looking to improve two major areas of friction to increase efficiencies:

  1. Time-Consuming Applicant Qualification: Before implementing Agentforce, RG’s communication with external job applicants and qualifying them was inefficient, time-consuming, and generic. Sales team members needed a better way to engage applicants with targeted questions that efficiently assessed their fit in a timely manner.
  2. Manual & Tedious Resume Analysis: Recruiters were spending significant time manually comparing applicant resumes against a job’s minimum qualifications—a critical but tedious core activity—to summarize a candidate’s experience and identify skill gaps.

Solution: AgentForce Implementation saves hours and increases efficiencies across teams

CopperHill implemented two Agentforce solutions on the Salesforce platform that addressed challenges the RG was looking to solve:

1. Lead Nurturing (formerly “SDR”) Agent automates applicant qualifications and communication

Astro Lead Agent

  • The Lead Nurturing agent compares all new job applicants against the job they applied for to find the minimum requirements on the job description and uses this information to curate specific pointed questions designed to qualify potential job applicants through conversational emails at the time of application.
  • If an applicant’s response is positive to those questions, the Lead Nurturing Agent replies with Calendly links to schedule a follow-up meeting directly with an RG recruiter.
  • If an applicant’s response is negative or asks to be removed from consideration the Lead Nurturing agent flags the applicant for potential disqualification and notifies the appropriate recruiter for that job posting.

2. The Internal Employee Agent (Recruiter Agent) automates job placement analysis

Internal Employee Agent Astro

  • The Employee Agent compares an applicant’s resume details to a job’s minimum qualifications, summarizes the applicant’s experience, and identifies potential gaps.
  • It creates an actionable summary for the recruiter to qualify or potentially disqualify applicants for certain positions based on the resume and job description readily available.
  • The Lead Nurturing agent is programmed to always keep a human in the loop before any final qualification or disqualification actions take place to ensure regulatory compliance

Results and Benefits

This initiative underscores RG’s commitment to innovation-led growth and their proactive approach to solving the complex logistical challenges of modern healthcare staffing.

Implementing Agentforce at RG delivered immediate, measurable benefits for the team, primarily:

  • Significant Time Savings: The Internal Employee Agent automated the job placement analysis, which was previously a "tedious core activity," resulting in significant time savings for recruiters.
  • Targeted Applicant Qualification: The Lead Nurturing Agent sped-up communication with applicants by curating and deploying targeted, qualifying questions, leading to a more efficient and streamlined external applicant pipeline and faster meetings with recruiters.
  • Process Automation: The agents automated key steps in the recruitment workflow, from initial interest follow-up to internal comparison and analysis.
  • Champion Status: The successful implementations positioned RG as Agentforce Champions, highlighting their innovation and advanced adoption of the AI technology.
